Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains the trial, renewal, cancellation and refund terms of iyiyim VIP subscriptions. Our goal is no surprises: everything is here, in plain language.

Free trial

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly/yearly). If you do not want the renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling does not stop you from using VIP features until the end of the current period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the app store, and cancellation is done there as well. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

App Store (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open Settings → tap your name at the top.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Find iyiyim in the list.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon in the top right.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select iyiyim from the list.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and complete the steps.

If you purchased on the web

For subscriptions purchased through app.iyiyim.org, you can cancel from Settings → Subscription inside the app, or write to our support team.

Refunds

Türkiye — note on the right of withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, under Article 15 of the Regulation, an exception applies to services performed instantly in an electronic environment and digital content whose performance begins with the consumer's approval. Because you consent to immediate delivery of the service when starting your subscription, the right of withdrawal falls under this exception for any period already in use. This does not affect your right to cancel free of charge during the trial or the stores' refund processes; your statutory rights remain reserved.

Price changes

If the subscription price changes, you will be notified before the next renewal period of your current subscription; under store rules, your consent is required in most cases.
