Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of iyiyim.org, app.iyiyim.org and the iyiyim mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the service
iyiyim is a digital self-help and wellbeing support app for people living with panic attacks and anxiety. It offers features such as guided breathing exercises, a Panic SOS mode, mood tracking, journaling, calming mini games, educational content and AI-assisted chat.
Not medical advice
iyiyim is not a healthcare provider; the content and features offered do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or professional therapy. No feature, including the AI coach, is an alternative to an evaluation by a physician or mental health professional. If your symptoms persist or worsen, see a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or are in an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
2. Account and membership
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password; actions taken through your account are attributed to you.
- Parental/guardian supervision is recommended for users under 18; children under 13 may not use the Service.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app; upon deletion your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- post content in community areas that harasses, demeans, threatens or encourages harm to others;
- impersonate another person or spread misleading information;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Service, reverse engineer it or circumvent security measures;
- overload or abuse the Service with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.);
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
If these rules are violated, we may remove your content, suspend your account or terminate it.
4. Content and intellectual property
- All software, designs, text, imagery and trademarks in the Service belong to or are licensed by iyiyim; they may not be copied without permission or used commercially.
- Content you create, such as journals and posts, belongs to you. For content you share in community areas, you grant us a limited license so we can display it within the Service.
- Blog articles are for informational purposes; short excerpts may be quoted with attribution.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Core features are free. Advanced features (VIP) are offered by subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the store where they were purchased (App Store / Google Play) and renew automatically at the end of each period. See the Refund Policy for cancellation, refund and trial terms.
6. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
- iyiyim cannot be held responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the Service (for example, postponing professional help).
- Your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law remain unaffected.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time, without giving a reason.
- If these terms are violated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with prior notice, or immediately in the case of serious violations.
- In the event of termination, your rights regarding any paid subscription period are handled under the Refund Policy and the applicable store rules.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce significant changes in the app or on this page; the current version is always published at this address. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central).
